Today me and my family begin our vegan week! Very excited, I have my recipes ready, ingredients stocked. Ready to go. Today's dinner will be pretty simple, beans, rice, veggies. Tomorrow is where it gets interesting.
On another note, I will also start running again today. I have had to wait a long time. I tried last week, but I still felt some discomfort with breathing through my nose, but today I feel pretty good. Yay!
