I must apologize once again for the irregular posting, I started a new job last Friday. Kudos to all working/blogging gals, it can be tough! To apologize I made churros for everyone!
Ok you caught me, I didn't make them... but I did eat them!
If you've never tried a churro before, I highly recommend them!

yummy looking!!! I usually just grab a churro at the CostCo food court, but homemade looks even better!
