The weather here has been what some people might call gloomy, but I in fact love it! It's cloudy but not terribly cold or windy or humid. It's perfect. Since I have (of course) been watching the U.S. Open where it has been very windy I somehow feel closer to all the tennis action, like I am not located on the other side of the country. I'd like to take this opportunity to say congrats to Rafael Nadal on his win last night! Anyhoo, this weather makes me want to grab a hot drink and a cozy sweater. If I heard correctly the pumpkin spice latte is back?!

Speaking of cozy sweaters I received an order from Forever 21 yesterday and I must say that everything fit and looked perfect! I love ordering from Forever 21 (Heritage 1981 is my favorite hands down) since they are located in Los Angeles I get my order in no time. This year I am going to go out of my comfort zone and wear those fashionable clothes I am always drooling over. This is one of the sweaters I bought and you bet I am going to wear it in a similar way.

I will cease to be the girl who is afraid of clothing and what others think. I feel as if I am finally becoming the person I want to be. Hope you are all that point too.

We were watching the match too...actually all the matches!! That one was pretty quick and smooth, unlike the 3 1/2 hour match I went to. Geez!! Talk about drawn out! Can't wait to catch the finals! I'm actually really excited about it...who knew?!
Oh, that sweater is so adorable. Forever 21 is my fave. My heart goes out to those in San Bruno. My family is in San Mateo and I hope everything is okay.

Great outfit! I've been hearing a lot of gals rage over Forever 21, so I must make a trip to the mall soon. I am hoping to glam it up a little bit for the fall. I'm so used to wearing jeans, t-shirt, and flip flops (hey, I grew up on the beach), and I want to look a little nicer... turn a few heads.
