Spray tan results dun dun dunnnn

So I got a spray tan on Friday at Planet Beach, I paid $30 and it was a buy one get one free for new mystic spray tan customers. I did the recommended exfoliation and moisturizing before going and they said to put lotion on your feet and hands right before going into the room (if you get a spray tan make sure you get lotion in between your fingers and your nails, I sadly didn't too well). Getting the actual spray was kind of scary at first because it's a bit loud. I wiped off the excess and got back into my clothes and left. It takes a couple of hours for the tan to set in and boy did it. My face was so dark after just a few hours I washed my face to take off the spray (they recommend waiting 4 hours before showering off everything). I ended up just showering that night, about 5 or 6 hours after. The next morning my sister and I did inspections of our skin. It was the funniest thing ever! We had patches of tanned skin in between our fingers: My sister had un-tanned patches on her ankle and we both had patches on our wrists (again we didn't do too well with the lotion) our tanned wrists made our hands look pale:Oddly enough my fingers came out super dark like my wrists (darn my lotion skills!):At this point my sister and I were laughing hysterically at our first spray tan experience. If possible we laughed even louder when we realized we didn't have makeup for our new face colors. Off we went to Walgreens in our sweats and no makeup buying the four darkest shades to mix and match. Overall I liked the results, I did after all get tanned like I had planned (and paid for) this picture looks like I'm two toned but my arm is the same color, I promise.Sorry about the quality, my phone seemed to be the only way to get pictures of tan lines, the camera would kind of blend it a bit. Happy Monday!

It doesn't look bad for your first spray tan session! I've seen terrible "streaky" pics of people that didn't blend it in just right. Hope you had fun makeup shopping for your new "look" ;o)

I've seen WAY worse horror stories. Exfoliating first really helps!

You totally had me in stitches reading your post so I can only imagine how much fun you had with your sister. I don't know anything about tanning, but it looks very natural to me. :)
